Findings and suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. The service does not guarantee compliance, grades, publication acceptance, or error-free work. Verify each suggestion against current guidance and instructor requirements.

Acceptable use

Do not upload material you are not authorized to process, attempt to bypass security or quotas, or use the service to create unlawful or harmful content. The tool is not a plagiarism detector, fact checker, or source of invented bibliography data.

Purchases

Starter and Semester are one-time check packs with displayed quantities and expiration periods. No recurring charge is attached. Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout; card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on this site. Your card statement shows the descriptor PAPERFORMATCHECK. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, usage rules, and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Purchases that fall outside the eligibility rules can still be submitted for manual review as described there.
