Email us
Email support@paperformatcheck.com. A person reads every message and replies by email. To help us find your account quickly, write from the email address on your account and include:
- For support questions: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- For purchase or refund questions: your purchase date and pack name, or the order ID shown in your account. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
- For data deletion requests: the subject line "Deletion request" and the email address on the account you want deleted.
Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. Email support@paperformatcheck.com with the subject line "Deletion request". We confirm deletion by email once it is complete. Payment and tax records may require legally limited retention, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot review or comment on the academic content of your paper, and we cannot guarantee grades, publication decisions, or institutional requirements. For format questions, verify findings against the current APA Publication Manual and your instructor's requirements.
